Application for certification
The application for certification is made by filling out a specific Application Form for each scope of certification. Request it here
Documentary review
Upon receipt of your application, we will review the information provided. If necessary, you will be asked to provide additional information and/or to correct your initial request. A certification quote will then be issued. Once the quotation is accepted, we will proceed to register you as a client, assigning you an operator number according to the scope.
Asignación del equipo auditor y planificación
AGROCONTROL IBÉRICA will assign you a qualified audit team consisting of one or more people and we will contact you to set a date for the audit.
Audit
The auditor will visit your facilities and verify that the production unit and/or product conforms to the requirements of the standard/specification for which you have applied for certification.
Audit report
After the conformity assessment visit, the auditor prepares a report where he evaluates the possible findings detected, the corrective actions and where he makes a proposal on the certification. This report will be sent to a Certification Committee.
Certification decision
The Certification Committee is the competent body designated to make the decision, consisting of one or more persons with appropriate technical competence who have not been involved in the evaluation or audit process. After the review of all the documentation and information resulting from the evaluation process, the certification decision is made in relation to its dossier.
CERTIFICATE
In case of compliance with the standard and after a favorable decision to grant or maintain certification, the certificate is issued.
